Wilhelm Reich designed a method to measure DOR . The device was hidden within a "weather measuring" container sent up via weather balloons in the early 1950s called a "radiosone". Preston Nichols found a bunch on them on the surplus market and figured out what they were really used for. He published the info in his Montauk books. The government then made up some pretext for seizing all of them.

There are many things that the jackals in government don't want us to know about and orgone energy is one of them.

We know something about the characteristics of DOR and OR, so when we have conditions that support a high level of smog, we know that the DOR percentage is high. Conversely, when we have a day when the sky is a deep blue and the air feels clean and fresh, the OR level is high. Blue mist hanging in the mountains is a sign of high OR content.

In the 1940s, the scientist Wilhelm Reich developed an orgone (life-energy) field meter, using high-voltage induction coils to excite a large detector plate, and was able to show the existence and quantity of life-energy charge in people, plants and various objects. Experimental Life-Energy Field Meter uses a similar principle, but with modern solid-state circuitry and much lower voltages which eliminate the need for bulky induction coils as used in Reich's original apparatus.
