Lugols Iodine

Does anyone know and dosage recomendations are for this. I bought 100ml from ebay it says on the bottle Iodine 10% & Potassium Iodine 20% and to dilute in 1litre of distilled water but it says nothing about dosage??

Its supposed to be amazing for the body great to help with cancer and our bodies cry out for this apparently.

If anyone could shed any light onto this id be grateffull.
